High resistance value: at present, many customers are not very familiar with the resistance value of TACT switch 6×6. Generally, the resistance value of our switch is controlled below 30m Ohms, so the contact performance and life of the switch are very good, but some switches are high resistance value after the furnace temperature and life test. What is the effect of high resistance on tACT switch 6×6? If the resistance is high, the contact area of the shrapnel and PIN PIN of the switch is small. The small contact area will lead to the switch not contacting. Once the switch is not contacted, it will be bad.

Therefore, we should be careful about the resistance of the switch, shrapnel and PIN for electroplating requirements are relatively high, electroplating good resistance value will be low. Switch in the life test, the surface of the shrapnel will wear, if the plating is thin, the resistance is high, the switch is bad.

Two, adhesion: ultra-thin TACT switch 6×6 is generally known as thin film switch, thin switch requires thin film, so as to achieve real thin. But a lot of film temperature performance is not good, after the furnace will fall off phenomenon. Our professional term said adhesion, in fact, the film viscosity and import PI film very good control of this, its adhesion is 400 g, very accord with switch to use, how too light often fall off, if too heavy will switch according to fixed, many manufacturers in order to save cost to choose domestic cheap PI film, switch is very easy to adhesion problems, Suggest everybody to inquire manufacturer well before buying.

Three, after the furnace can not press: a good switch, after backflow welding experience can not press, very poor. Many customers are also responding to this problem, so what is the cause? The patch switch is snug with the PCB, and the PIN is glued to the solder paste. If the hole of the steel mesh is slightly larger, the solder paste is easy to flow into the inside of the switch. If there is a foreign body in the inside of the switch, it will certainly affect its travel. The most common one is not moving. Another situation is that the switch sealing performance is not good, flux into the switch inside, so the problem comes.

Therefore, it is suggested that customers should pay attention to this problem in the production process.

Four, the lid off: in the production process, there will be leakage of the lid with customer reaction switch. How does a good switch cover come off? First of all, we should understand the structure of the switch, the cover of the switch is behind the cover, this is a million years of constant production process.

If you are familiar with it, you will find that the cover is fixed by the four riveting points on the base. As long as the four riveting points are loose or the riveting points are shrunk or deformed after high temperature, the cover will fall off. Only pay attention to the following two problems to prevent the lid, a base to use temperature resistant materials, two riveting points to riveting fixed, do a good job of the above two problems, this problem is perfectly solved.

5. Hand feeling: Many customers have been responding, and the hand feeling of the samples sent by many suppliers is very consistent, but when it comes to mass production, the hand feeling is different. In fact, this problem is very common, we all know that the switch feel and button force are controlled by shrapnel. We often say that shrapnel is divided into phosphorus copper shrapnel and stainless steel shrapnel. At present, many manufacturers choose phosphorus copper shrapnel in order to save cost. Phosphorus copper shrapnel is cost-effective, which is also the reason for being widely used. But phosphor copper shrapnel after the furnace temperature will produce transformation, shrinkage is more serious, so lead to poor hand feeling.

The use of stainless steel shrapnel will not have this problem, but the cost of stainless steel shrapnel is relatively high, resulting in many manufacturers to choose the risk of phosphorus copper shrapnel, so in the purchase of TACT switch 6×6 must ask clear questions.

Six, light press not conductive: many consumers, in the use of the product often found that the button press press does not respond, to be very hard to press, the product has a functional response. Because our switches are exposed to air, many finished products are not sealed, and consumer electronics need heat dissipation. In wet weather, the switch shrapnel is easy to be oxidized, the contact performance after oxidation is not as good as before, that is, there is a light press not conductive problem.

When we remove the switch, we find that there is a little black spot on the shrapnel, and this little black spot is the effect of oxidation of shrapnel. Therefore, it is recommended that the electronic products we do not use at ordinary times should be put in a relatively dry place, and the prepaid electronic parts should be oxidized.
