Because the distance between the contact of the button is small, after years of use or sealing is not good, dust or oil emulsion of each order inflow, will cause insulation reduction and even short circuit accident. In this case, insulation and cleaning treatment must be carried out, and corresponding sealing measures must be taken.
(2) When the button is used in high temperature occasions, it is easy to make the plastic deformation and aging, resulting in the loosening of the button and causing the collision between the wiring screws and short circuit. According to the situation, a fastening ring can be added to tighten the installation, and insulating plastic pipe can be added to the wiring screw to prevent loosening.
(3) The button with the indicator light is difficult to replace because the bulb will be hot and the plastic lampshade will be deformed for a long time. Therefore, it should not be used in the place with longer power time; If you want to use, you can properly reduce the voltage of the bulb, prolong its service life.
(4) If poor contact is found, the reason should be identified: if the contact surface is damaged, it can be trimmed with a fine file; If there is dirt or soot on the contact surface, it is appropriate to wipe clean with a clean cotton cloth dipped in solvent; If the contact spring fails, it should be replaced; If the contact is seriously burned, the product should be replaced.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to scrub the electric control panel with water to prevent damage to the instrument.
