If multiple terminal boards are installed side by side, the distance between them should not be less than 200 mm.
The lines at both ends of the instrument panel, cabinet and box terminals shall be marked according to the design drawings. The label should be correct, clearly written and not faded.
The circuit in the dashboard, cabinet and box should not be connected, and its insulation protective layer should not be damaged.
The line in the dashboard, cabinet and box should be laid in the sink, and can also be laid in the small wiring box. When laying the open wire, the cable wire harness should be fastened by the tape made of insulating material, and the spacing of the tape should be 100~200 mm..1
Rubber insulated core wires and shielding wires that strip the outer sheath shall be provided with an insulating sheath.
The cables and wires entering the dashboard, cabinets and boxes from outside shall be distributed after their on-on inspection and insulation resistance inspection have passed.
The spare core wire shall be connected to the spare terminal or reserved at the maximum length possible and shall be marked with the spare line number as required by the design document.
When connecting with terminal board, instrument, electrical equipment, etc., there should be a margin.
The wiring of the instrument shall conform to the following requirements: the wiring shall be calibrated before the wiring, and the end of the wire shall be marked; the core shall not be damaged when stripping the insulation layer; the connection between the cable and the terminal shall be uniform and firm, and the electric conduction shall be good; the end of the multi-strand wire core shall be connected with the connector, and the connection between the wire and the connector shall be pressed.
