Wire connector is an important category in connectors, mainly used for connecting wires. We can’t live without electricity, and the transmission of electricity can’t live without wire connectors.
Wire connector material

3, contact material: thickened electrolytic copper + tin plating (excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility, corrosion resistance, prevent contact heating).
4, contact point coating: tin plating (corrosion resistance, not easy oxidation, good air tightness).
Wire connector processing method
1, wire insulation wrap: the simplest method is first stranded and then lined tin, and then wrapped with high strength insulation tape.
2, pressing cap wiring method: the second standard wire joint method is pressing cap wiring method. This method is the safest, most standard and also the most practical wire joint method.
3. Method of using junction box: only one wire is allowed to connect in the junction box and terminal post. Let me remind you that every wire should be protected by a string pipe.
Use of wire connectors
The use method of wire connector is very simple, we peel off the insulation layer of 10mm or so of the wire according to the demarcated length, and then lift the operating rod, put the wire into the connector and loosen the operating rod. Compared with the method of electrical tape connection, connecting wires with connectors is more safe and reliable, and the operation is more simple and convenient. It has the advantages of flame retardant, pressure resistance, insulation, simple operation, firm connection, direct current transmission between wires, strong versatility, long service life and so on.
