Six ways to test the quality of self-locking switches

【 Solderability test (button switch 】

The top of the terminal is penetrated into the tin welding pool 1㎜ deep, and the temperature is 230±5℃, the time is 3 ±0.5 seconds.

Pay attention to:

(1) Welding time should not be higher than 3 seconds.

(2) The welding area should be more than 75%.

【 Welding resistance test 】

The temperature of the welding furnace is controlled at 260±5℃, and the time of the welding is 3±0.5 seconds. The temperature of the welding plate is 320±5℃, and the time of the welding is 3±0.5 seconds.

Note: must be satisfied with the body without deformation, mechanical and electrical energy.

【 Life test 】

No load: The operator performs a no load test of 100,000 cycles at a rate of 60 cycles per minute.

Pay attention to:

(1) The touch resistance cannot exceed 200m ω

(2) Other, satisfied with mechanical and electrical functions.

【 Heat resistance test 】

After 96 hours of testing at 85±2℃, it was placed at normal room temperature for 1 hour.

Note: no reverse permanent appearance, satisfied with mechanical and electrical functions.

【 Cold resistance test 】

The sample was placed in an environment of 90~96 degrees relative humidity of 40±2℃ for 96 hours, and then placed in a normal environment for 1 hour before testing.

Notice: no abnormality in appearance, satisfied with mechanical and electrical functions.

【 Wetting test 】

Placed 40 plus or minus 2 ℃. The relative humidity of 90~96 degrees in the environment after 96 hours, and then put the sample in the normal environment for 1 hour after the test.

Notice: no abnormality in appearance, satisfied with mechanical and electrical functions.

After these tests, we can get the practical life of the button switch, the quality of the finished product, and then let us use the button switch more assured.
